1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the "Win $1000 Towards the Tattoo of Your Choice" Instagram promotion (the "Promotion") run by InkAdmin (the "Organizer").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees of the Organizer, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Follow the InkAdmin Instagram account (@InkAdminPro).

Tag at least one friend in the comments section of the promotional post.

Share the promotional post to your Instagram Story and tag @InkAdminPro.

Entries must be received by the deadline specified in the promotional post.

4. Promotion Period

The Promotion starts on August 1, 2024 and ends on August 30, 2024. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $1000 credit towards the tattoo of their choice.

The Organizer will pay the tattoo artist directly on behalf of the winner.

The prize has no redeemable cash value and is non-transferable.

The Organizer will pay up to $1000 for the tattoo. Any cost exceeding this amount is the responsibility of the winner.

The Organizer does not set the price of the tattoo artist's services.

The prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of the winner announcement.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within five (5) business days of the Promotion’s end date.

The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

By entering the Promotion, the winner agrees to the use of their name and Instagram handle in any publicity material related to the Promotion without additional compensation or prior notice.

8. Liability

The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by the entrant as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prize.

The Organizer is not responsible for any injury or illness resulting from the tattoo process.

The Organizer has no legal association with the tattoo artists.

9. Data Protection

The personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of the Promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their personal data as described in these terms and conditions.

10. General

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice.

Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible via the Organizer’s Instagram account.

The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Orange County, Florida.
